How does the 23-day free trial work? +
Your trial gives you full access to every feature in ResQEngage. You also receive a small complimentary wallet credit to test usage-based features like SMS, calls, email, and AI tools. Your subscription fee does not charge until the end of the 23-day trial.
Do I need a credit card for the 23-day trial? +
No. You can start the trial without payment. You would only need to add a card if you want to refill your wallet after the complimentary trial credit is used.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. There are no contracts, no cancellation penalties, and no hidden fees for canceling before or after the trial.
Are usage fees required? +
Yes, but only for services that cost money to deliver, such as SMS, phone calls, email sending, email verification, premium AI actions, Funnel AI, Content AI, Voice & Conversation AI, external AI models, WhatsApp usage, Reviews AI, and Agent Studio.
What happens if my wallet balance hits zero during the trial? +
All usage-based features pause until you add a card and refill your wallet. Everything else, including building automations, testing workflows, creating funnels, and using non-usage features, still works normally.
Will this replace my existing tools? +
