Head Start Kit
Give our team access to do the work
To file your carrier registration and set up the Rescue Starter workflows, our team needs to work inside your HighLevel sub-account. You add our team email as a user. You never send us your password, and you can remove us any time.
What you need before you start
- A HighLevel account you signed up for through our partner link
- A sub-account for your business (HighLevel calls these "sub-accounts"; new agency accounts usually start with one)
- Your business details for the carrier registration: legal business name and EIN exactly as on your IRS letter, business address, website with a privacy policy, and a business email on your website's domain
Step 1: Add our team as a user
- Open the sub-account for your business (not the agency view).
- Go to Settings → My Staff (in some accounts it is called Team) and click Add Employee (or Add User).
- Fill it in exactly like this:
First nameResQEngage
Last nameBuild Team
Emailbuild@resqengage.com
Phoneleave blank
User typeAccount
User roleAdmin
- If HighLevel asks you to set a password, type any temporary one and do not send it to us. We set our own through HighLevel's password reset on our inbox.
- Under User Permissions, leave these on:
You can turn these off; we do not need them: Payments and invoices, Opportunities, Marketing (social, email campaigns), Reporting, Websites and funnels.Settings Business profile, phone numbers and the Trust Center, where A2P registration is filed Automation Load and check the Rescue Starter workflows Calendars Connect the reminder workflows to your booking calendar Conversations Send test messages after the registration is approved Contacts Create the test contacts we use, and delete them afterward - Click Save. HighLevel emails us an invite.
Step 2: Tell us it is done
Submit the claim form and choose "Yes, I added you" (or reply to our email). We confirm we can get in, usually the same business day.
Step 3: Import the Rescue Starter snapshot
We email you a snapshot link. Open it while signed in to your HighLevel agency and click Import. Then load it into your sub-account from Account Snapshots. If you prefer, we do this part together on the kickoff call while you share your screen. This is the only step that touches your agency settings, and you do it yourself.
What we do with access
- Prepare and submit your A2P 10DLC brand and campaign, and resubmit once if it is rejected
- Check your website for the common rejection causes and tell you what to fix
- Set up the Rescue Starter workflows with your business name, booking link and review link
- Test with our own phone numbers, then delete the test contacts
What we never do
- Sign in to your agency account or change agency settings
- Export, download or share your contacts
- Message your customers or contacts
- Buy phone numbers, add-ons or anything else without asking you first
- Ask for your password or two-factor codes
Everything we change appears under "ResQEngage Build Team" in your sub-account's audit log.
Step 4: Remove our access when we are done
We email you when your registration is approved and the kickoff call is done. Then go to Settings → My Staff, find ResQEngage Build Team, and click Delete. You can also remove us at any earlier point; anything we have not finished stops there.
Why not just give you my login?
Sharing a login means sharing your password and two-factor codes, and everything we do would look like you did it. A separate user is safer, shows our actions in your audit log under our name, and you can remove it with one click.
Why Admin and not a regular user?
HighLevel only lets sub-account Admins open the Trust Center, where carrier registration is filed, and edit workflows. The permission switches below let you turn off the areas we do not need.
Will you ever access my agency account?
No. We only need the one sub-account you add us to. The two agency-level steps, importing our snapshot and loading it into your sub-account, you do yourself in about two minutes, or we do them together on the kickoff call while you share your screen.
Who pays the carrier registration fees?
The carriers charge registration fees, and HighLevel bills them to your account. We tell you the amount HighLevel shows before we submit anything.
How long do you keep access?
Until your registration is approved and your kickoff call is done, usually one to three weeks. We email you when we are finished so you can remove us.
Ready to claim your kit?
Add our team, then tell us on the claim form.
