Program

ResQEngage, a product of ResQWare LLC, sends text messages to people who request information, start a trial, become customers, or contact us through our website forms. Messages include replies to your inquiry, onboarding updates, account and billing notices, appointment reminders and, if you opt in, occasional offers.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number in a form on get.resqengage.com and checking the consent box, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your activity, typically no more than a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@resqengage.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.

Our customers’ messages

Businesses that use ResQEngage send texts to their own customers under their own registered brand and their own consent practices. Questions about those messages should go to the business that sent them.
